Please Notice that the screen has a transparent protector film on it. If you find out that the screen has some scratch, please try to take it off first. 

Please Notice that this model supports touch screen, does not support cell phone mirror casting.

Please use our original connector to wire with your car. If you need to use your original car wiring cable, please ask advice from professional installer. Please understand that we won't be able to be responsible for the damage from misusing the wiring connector.
If the radio can't be turned on, try to check the fuse and try to 12V test: combine [the yellow wire with the red cable together] to 12V positive, and the black with the negative.

This model is universal one din size, if you are not sure, you can make a measurement on the size, or take a picture of the interior of your car for me to see (that's where the radio is) We'll help you see if our radio will fit in your car.
